Putting your best foot forward?
They're often neglected but our feet are key power-transmitting parts of our bodies. Our feet are actually very complex and powerful, each has 26 bones, 33 joints and over 100 muscles, tendons and ligaments. Just as we all have different body types and builds, we all have feet with different characteristics. It’s a sad fact that many cycling shoes have insoles that are often lacking when it comes to supporting and positioning the foot correctly. Commonly, cyclists experience pain in their feet, hot-spots, numbness and instability. It doesn't have to be this way!

Sidas custom footbeds create an enhanced, customised connection between the foot, the shoe and the pedal. They can provide significant gains in the comfort and stability of your foot as well as in the power that can be transferred.
With the Sidas heat-moulding technology, the insoles are 100% customised to your foot shape and profile. The footbeds are moulded in Sidas’ custom process where the insole is vacuum moulded to any foot shape.
Providing complete foot support and alignment, Sidas insoles are designed for cycling and have a multi-part construction providing comfort, support, stability, vibration absorption and excellent power transfer.

customer feedback: More than marginal difference

"Dave fitted some specially made footbeds (custom insoles) for my cycling shoes and the difference was very noticeable. My feet, ankles, knees and hips are now aligned with the bike, pointing in the right direction and I feel more at one with the bike. I would highly recommend these bespoke footbeds to anyone who cycles regularly on or off road as these have made more than “marginal difference” to my cycling. During the fitting process I also learnt from Dave how my foot works too!"
